Because of some major pipework in my house last year, I was worried that my outside tap had stopped producing water because it had somehow been cut off from the mains. Fortunately, Grant was able to diagnose the problem in double-quick time, and it was not serious. A small part needed replacing. He had one in his van, he put it in and hey presto! I’m very happy with Grant’s punctuality, his friendly manner and the job that he did.

We called Grant back to fit a new kitchen tap for us (which he did very well) after he had completed a number of other jobs for us last year. He replaced a section of broken pipe in our yard so we could use the outside tap, he fixed an ill-fitting back door which had been very stiff for a long time, and he removed a fitted under-counter fridge and freezer and replaced them with new fitted kitchen cupboards. Grant answered our call quickly to remove and replace the the leaking mixer tap in our kitchen sink. He arrived promptly at our mutually agreed time to undertake the tap’s disconnection from the hot and cold water supplies and immediate replacement with a new Mixer Tap. We had some untidy parts to our bathroom including a mouldy ceiling, visible pipes, a part of the wall missing from a previous vanity unit removal, a shower curtain that kept falling down, torn flooring and an unsealed end of the bath. Mr. Fix came in and took care of everything for us so it looked great again. He made custom boxing, repaired and repainted the ceiling and wall, fitted a new shower curtain rail and resealed the end of the bath. To finish it off, he fitted some new lino flooring. This was all done quickly and at a great price. Grant was easy to deal with and we would highly recommend him and his team.

I had a persistant leak in bathroom – Grant came and fixed it to good as new. He had reasonable charges and was very personalble.

Our shed roof felt blew off in recent high winds. Grant wasted no time in sending an estimate and arranging an early date for repairs. He was friendly and efficient in fixing new felting. A perfect job – and bonus points for finishing it in the pouring rain! We certainly hope to employ Grant [Mr Fix] for future jobs which we showed him. I found him very personable whenever I needed someone for jobs around the home. He replaced 5 panels of our fence, fixed the gate and cleaned the patio. He’s very professional and punctual – he came and did it, took away all the rubbish, then left it clean and spotless. Grant has done a brilliant job on our house. We went away for a few days and even though there were a few challenges that came up (nothing to do with Grant), Grant worked early and stayed late to get it all sorted before we returned with our young family.
