Grant did an excellent job. He is there immediately if an emergency occurs (water pouring into neighbours flat). He schedules visits in a timely fashion. Grant debriefs us after the job prior to sending a clear invoice. He is polite, helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy.
